Return Policy

We have a rather simple return policy.

If any item we ship is damaged in shipment, please let us know and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped as soon as possible.  With the replacement, we will send instructions on returning the damaged item.

If you receive any item from us and are unsatisfied for any reason within 7 days, you may return it for a full refund.  Just send us an email with the order number and the reason you want a refund.  We will give you a Return Authorization Number and you will receive a refund as soon as we receive the item.

After 7 days, returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact us if you want to arrange a return.
